The condition of these cars, stated by you through the translated auction sheets and your inspections, has been very accurate and actually better than what you have reported when they arrive at my home.

Upon receipt of the cars they have been provincially safety certified and have proven to need only minor repairs such as brakes wear parts for which are inexpensive and readily available here.
All the cars have easily passed the mandatory environmental emissions test required in my province, with no repairs required.
The managing of the paperwork and the communication of the charges and shipping have been very timely.
When a question is asked the communication back has always been next business day, due to the time zone variance.
Also, the management of the money that has been wired to you has been accurate to the penny, and your confirmation of receipt of the wired funds has been timely.

I wanted to import a car directly from Japan, to be purchased through the Japan auction system and after looking at various Japanese car dealer websites on the internet,
I found Auto House Japan website and found that it met my expectations, as these days you need to be careful whom you deal with on the internet.
After becoming a member, I was able to access the auction site where I found my ideal car and I bidded through Auto House Japan who were my agents at the auction and am happy to say I won the bid, as per their bidding recommendations prior to the auction.
